This product is a playmat / activity mat ONLY for supervised play. It is NOT a crib, bassinet, bed, or sleep product and must NEVER be used for sleep.

Use only on a flat, dry, firm floor, away from stairs, stoves, fireplaces, and heaters. Keep away from pets.

3. USER RESPONSIBILITY & ASSUMPTION OF RISK

By purchasing and using this product, the caregiver acknowledges and assumes all risks associated with use. You are solely responsible for:

1. Reading and strictly following all instructions and warnings.
2. Providing constant adult supervision with baby within arm's reach and in direct sight at all times.
3. Using only for the stated intended purpose and age/weight limit.
4. Never modifying, altering, or adding attachments not supplied by Valioza LLC.
5. Immediately removing, discarding, and keeping all plastic packaging, bags, strings, and cords away from babies and children to prevent suffocation and strangulation.
6. Cleaning only as instructed and discontinuing use if damaged.
