These Terms of Service govern your use of valioza.co and any purchase you make from Valioza LLC ("Valioza," "we," "us"). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order on our website.

2. Products and Descriptions

We work hard to show our play mats accurately, including their patterns, colors, sizes, and materials. Colors may look slightly different on different screens, and lifestyle photos are for illustration. Each standard mat set includes 6 interlocking tiles, each 60 cm x 60 cm, making a mat of about 180 cm x 120 cm x 1.2 cm.

3. Safe Use

Our play mats are for supervised play only. They are not a crib, bed, or sleep product and must never be used for sleep or napping. Always keep babies under constant adult supervision, use the mat on a flat, dry, firm floor, and stop using it if it becomes damaged. Please read our Safety & Liability Disclaimer before use.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are shown in US dollars. We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders already confirmed. Payment is taken when you place your order and is processed securely through Shopify. Any applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout.

5. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including stock limits, pricing or listing errors, or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order after you've paid, we'll refund you in full.

6. Pre-Orders

Pre-order items are charged when you place your order and ship within 3 weeks. You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund any time before it ships.

7. Shipping, Returns, and Warranty

Shipping, returns, refunds, and our 365-day warranty are covered by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including our patterns, designs, photos, text, and the Valioza name and logo, belongs to Valioza LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without our written permission.

9. Reviews and Submissions

If you post a review, photo, or comment, you confirm it's your own honest content and give us permission to display and share it in connection with our store and marketing.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Valioza LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or products, including misuse, lack of supervision, or failure to follow safety instructions. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version. Continuing to use our website after changes means you accept the updated terms.
