How long does delivery take?
Orders leave us within one working day and usually arrive in three to five. You'll get a tracking link as soon as it ships.
Can I return a mat if it isn't right?
Yes. Opened and unused mats can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Just reply to your order confirmation and we'll sort it.
Are the mats safe for babies?
Every mat is non-toxic and free from BPA, phthalates and heavy metals, and exceeds EN71 (EU) and ASTM F963 (US) toy safety standards.
How do I clean one?
Wipe with a damp cloth and mild dish soap, then dry completely. Skip abrasive or corrosive cleaners and power vacuums.
Can I expand my play area later?
You can. The interlocking teeth and hand-drawn patterns are designed to match across sets, so buying more tiles later grows the same mat.
